Our oysters are usually delivered within 24hrs of being harvested out of the Ocean per your specific event!

I hired Dani and her team to shuck oysters at a birthday party for my wife. We had about 20 guests and Dani came herself with another shucker. The service was fantastic. They had all of the sauces you would want, and even some weird ones that were delicious. Dani showed up early, and stayed late to put the remaining oysters on ice for us. Throughout the party both of them were very friendly and great instructors on everything oyster. I would definitely use Dani again, and many of the guests at the party said the same.
